Beginning in 2020, Satake will be able to provide sample wet classification processing in both Japan and North America.
Our project managers will discuss the feasibility of classifying your product with you and conduct initial expected results calculations. We then provide sample testing and performance analysis so you can better understand what to expect from full batch classifying.

How this service works
Initial Discussion
If classifying your material with an i Classifier system is feasible, Satake will advise you what required sample size is needed for testing. You will also be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Virtual Assessment Meeting
We will meet to check the details of your requested classification, discuss the test cost and schedule, etc. After finalizing a contract we will send you a quote and schedule for test classifying.
Classification Testing
Your material is processed on a Satake i Classifier test systems.
Classification Performance Report
Satake engineers perform a detailed performance analysis and send you a report outlining the i Classifier’s capabilities processing your material.
