OGL Cryogenic Grinding & Milling Division
Osaka Gas Liquid has provided cryogenic grinding services to the Japanese market for over 30 years. Now we’re bringing our engineering expertise and cryo grinding technology to the US. Our cryo grinding centers house state-of-the-art milling and industrial processing equipment, along with the very latest analytical systems. Our customized systems can accommodate any kind of polymer or food grinding need. Whether commercial-scale toll grinding or small test batches for new product development, our grinding centers can handle it.
Comprehensive Certifications
Both OGL’s plastic and food grinding centers are ISO 9001 certified for quality control. Our food grinding center is further certified for food safety under FSSC 22000, the standard of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). It includes coverage for ISO 22000 and ISO/TS 22002-1/4 standards. To ensure the utmost quality of foodstuffs processed in our facilities, OGL is certified using the HACCP program to guarantee good manufacturing practices.

Industrial Gas Production
OGL’s Industrial Gas Production division serves the domestic Japanese market with liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and high-purity methane. We follow eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable production methods. We also offer on-site hydrogen generation services.
Carbon Dioxide Processing
OGL’s Carbon Dioxide Processing division produces liquefied carbon dioxide and dry ice, also using or proprietary cryogenic production methods, powered by the vaporization of liquefied natural gas (LNG).
Industrial Research & Development
OGL actively develops industrial gas production, processing, and operations management technologies. They are applicable to the utilities, manufacturing, and heavy industry sectors.
