FULL DETECTOR (Tilt Switch)

Full Detector is the tilting type level switch so designed to be hung in the tank with a stainless chain. When the switch inclines above 20 degrees owing to the increase of stored material, the internal detecting ball moves to operate limit switch. Widely used for upper limit detection of hopper/silo, plugged chute detection, etc...

ROTARY PADDLE

Upper Level Detection for Powder Material

Paddle Type Level Switch is used for upper limit detection for powder or bulk material in silo, hopper, etc... The rotating paddle continuously rotates and outputs the detection signal when the paddle is buried in powder and its rotating torque exceeds certain value. For installation, wall side mounting or suspension mounting can be selected. In case of suspension mounting, expansion type or wire-rope type which the detecting position is adjustable, is available.

Conductive LEVEL SWITCH consists of a Detector and Transducer and applies weak current on electrode and detects the level when materials touch the electrode.
The Detector has an insulation hood as standard and can prevent malfunction caused by clinging.
