Mitsubishi Plastics Inc. (MPI) shows novel method of AQSOA dehumidification and cooling system used for Adsorption Heat Pump Chiller at booth #4989
At AHR Expo 2012 (Air-conditioning, Heat & Refrigerating Exposition).
Mitsubishi Plastics will exhibit AQSOA(TM) Adsorption Heat Pump (AHP) to
be introduced for energy saving chiller needs. AQSOA 10kw (3RT = 36,000 BTU/hr cooling capacity) AHP chiller with built-in
cooling tower model is now available. (pdf brochure download 267kb). Chilled water can directly be produced from hot water only (electricity
is used only for control & water flow).

●AQSOA adsorption heat pump mechanism
MPI offers AQSOA dehumidification and cooling system utilizing low temperature
heat 65-85 degree C (149-185 degree F), which can be acquired by solar
heat, cogeneration unit and other heat source/waste. This will achieve
huge energy saving (up to 63% electricity saving plus heat recovery). Desiccant
dryer system is also available using AQSOA - patented Zeolitic material.
Please visit our booth #4989 to see this innovative AQSOA technology and
our material variety for producing plastics.

AQSOA(TM) Desiccant Drier demo system will be displayed for dry air needs
using low temperature (104-140 degreeF (40-60 degreeC)) regenerating heat
source.
AQSOA adsorption heat pump chiller can produce chilled water at 5 - 15 degreeC (41 - 59 degree F) using waste
water at 65 - 85 degree C (149-185 degree F). This unit is ideal for renewable
energy, waste energy and biomass energy applications and contributes to
environmental sustainability through reduced CO2 emissions. Using water
as the refrigerant, this next generation chiller boasts a system COP (Coefficient
of Performance) of 10 with extremely low absorbed power. (COP=10 means 10 kw cooling capacity can be acquired from 1 kw electricity.)

During AHR Expo 2012, Mitsubishi Plastics will introduce AQSOA technology. As a marketing company of powder handling/save energy equipment,
AAAmachine will power/assist Mitsubishi Plastics.
Please contact by questionnaire form or call AAAmachine at 800-996-0070 for details of
all the displayed equipment and the above presentation.
AAAmachine is introducing the following global powder handling/save energy
equipment.
MITSUBISHI Plastics Inc. (AQSOA Desiccant system, Adsorption heat pump = energy-saving technology)
<<< MITSUBISHI PLASTICS "AQSOA (TM)" press release >>>
Mitsubishi Plastics has developed "AQSOA (TM)" desiccant air conditioning system using patented zeolitic base material on the honeycomb rotor. This system reduces energy cost by 20% comparing with the conventional method - using Silicagel desiccant rotor, which needs high temperature regenerating air.
Instead of using high temperature regenerating air (around 150 degree C
= 302 degree F), 40-60 degree C (=104-140 degree F) hot air is enough for
"AQSOA (TM)".
By decreasing regenerating air temperature, low heat exhaust can now be
considered as one of the new energy resources, such as exhaust heat from
fuel battery, exhaust heat from heat pump, solar heat, exhaust heat from
various production plants, etc.
"AQSOA (TM) " desiccant system has 7 models (1300 to 9300 m3/h, 765-5472
cfm). This will be widely used at Lithium Ion Battery plant, semi-conductor
plant, food processing/pharmaceutical plant, frozen food plant/freezer
which needs defrosting and/or humidity control.
"AQSOA(TM)" has a power to change the world of HVAC.
